Careers with Varghese Summersett Injury Law Group

Varghese Summersett has been named the Best Place to Work in Fort Worth, and a Best Place for Working Parents. While we’ve been growing fast enough to be placed in the top 10% of Inc 5000’s list of fastest growing businesses, we are still a close knit group. We pride ourselves in a drama-free work environment where we work hard to achieve exceptional results for our clients while always having each others’ backs.

Our personal injury lawyers are committed to representing victims of serious injuries and families in wrongful death and catastrophic cases. We help people through the toughest times of their lives and we are known for securing justice while fighting even the toughest cases.

If you’re looking for a law firm to grow with so that your upward trajectory matches ours, look no further. We are always looking for the best. Here are our current openings:

Pre-Litigation Case Manager

We are looking for just the right person to join our team as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager.

We pride ourselves on delivering white glove service to our clients. This includes making sure they get the treatment they need, providing a high level of communication on a regular basis, tracking the client’s treatment progress, and answering any questions our clients may have.

We are looking for someone who can effectively manage a caseload of 50 cases. In this role, you will also request and review medical bills, draft demand letters, and accurately update records in our case management system.

You might be a good fit for this role if you:

  • Are a motivated self-starter;
  • Enjoy helping people through the most difficult times in their lives;
  • Genuinely care about helping others;
  • Are great at multi-tasking and you don’t mind being pulled in a lot of different directions;
  • Can handle a busy workload;
  • Are detail-oriented and you care about having a superior work product.

This job could be a great fit if you’re looking to grow your career over time while changing lives.

Our Case Managers have an important role in our personal injury practice, as they are responsible for the crucial pre-litigation phase of each case. They don’t just process paperwork though – their focus is on building strong relationships with clients and other legal professionals involved to ensure successful outcomes from settlement through resolution.

This position pays between $41,500 – $47,500 per year.
