Senior Case Manager

Natasha Walkup is the senior case manager in Varghese Summersett’s personal injury division. She oversees the progress of personal injury cases from inception to resolution, providing guidance and support to clients every step of the way.

Natasha has decades of experience in personal injury law, having worked on both sides as an insurance claims adjuster and an advocate for injured individuals. This unique perspective allows her to anticipate and address potential challenges in the most complex cases.

Natasha possesses exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, which are critical in the field of personal injury law. Her deep understanding of insurance company tactics and extensive legal knowledge enable her to navigate the intricacies of injury claims with ease, ensuring that our clients receive the maximum compensation to which they are entitled.

Background

Natasha was born in Midland, Texas, but her family moved to Virginia Beach when she was 8 years old. After graduating from Princess Anne High School, she worked for one of the largest vehicle insurance companies in the U.S. for 13 years –  starting in the sales department and working her way up into claims.

She and her family later moved back to Texas, where her background positioned her perfectly to transition into personal injury law. Using her knowledge of insurance company tactics to advocate for those who have been wrongfully injured, she has helped countless people through some of life’s most difficult challenges.

When she is not working, Natasha is usually in her vehicle, commuting to the law office or driving her teenage daughter to various sporting or social events. She also enjoys spending time with her adult son and parents, reading a good book, and binge-watching Netflix.

Fun Fact: Natasha shares the same birthday as Eli Manning – January 3.
